Received a Wrong Product

  1. Pickup and Return: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up at no additional cost to you.
  2. Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the returned wrong product, we will dispatch the correct product or process a refund within 7 working days.
  3. Condition of Returned Items:
    • The product must be unused.
    • The packaging should not be damaged and must be sealed in its original condition.
  4. Supporting Documentation:
    • Include the receipt of purchase, price tags, labels, and warranty card.
    • Ensure all accessories that came with the product are included in the return package.

The Customer Receives Damaged Goods

  1. Claiming a Refund for Damaged Goods:
    • If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a refund.
    • To process the refund, you must provide video proof showing the damage.
  2. Video Proof Requirements:
    • We strongly recommend that you record a video while unwrapping and unboxing your product from its delivery packaging. This will serve as proof that the item was damaged upon arrival.
    • Without video proof, or if the video is recorded after the product has been unboxed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Specific Terms for Smart Switches
    • There is no guarantee that the switches will work with all circuits, lights, fans, and electrical systems.
    • We recommend opening and installing switches one-by-one in the off chance that an electrical fixture does not work with the switch, as we accept change-of-mind returns only on unopened packaging.
    • Does not cover improper or incorrect installations when not done by us

General Conditions

  1. Timeliness: All return requests should be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Returned products must be in its original, unopened packaging – including any protective packaging used in deliveries.
  3. Returned products must be in packaging that is clean, free of dents and other imperfections and deformities, and fit for sale.
  4. Any free gifts or discounted products that were extended as part of a promotional package must be returned together if the returned product was a criteria in attaining the promotion. Gifts or discounted products to be returned are also only accepted based on the same conditions; if they cannot be accepted, the prevailing retail prices will be charged to the customer.
  5. The following products will be rejected for returns:

 

  • If there are signs of tampering, resealing, or other forms of manipulation of the product and/or packaging
  • If the product is found to be missing parts, components, manuals, stickers, or labels
